Docker (server)
Djehooty can be installed on a server using Docker in a similar way to the local Docker installation, which provides remote access and allows multiple people to collaborate on the same document collection. This option requires more advanced technical knowledge and appropriate infrastructure.
We do not recommend this installation for now, as long as authentication and user management are not yet in place. In the current state of the project, anyone with access to the server can access all the data in the database, which may raise security and privacy concerns. We are working on implementing these features to make this installation safer and more suitable for collaborative use.
Djehooty's demo server uses this installation. You can access it at the following address: https://demo.djehooty.org. Feel free to try it out to get an idea of the user experience on a server version, even though we do not yet recommend this installation for any purpose other than testing at this stage.
